Slowest service I've ever experienced. Ordered an Americano with soy milk. Waited for 10 minutes as the only person in the store, while the two workers made a bunch of mobile orders that just sat there the entire time. When I finally got to my car, I discovered that they hadn't actually put the milk in and had to go all the way back in to have them make the correct order. Should have taken 3 or 4 minutes,...

90% of the workers there are so slow. I waited 45 minutes for a small vanilla Frappuccino. No one has any sense of urgency here. So don't count on being able to get a quick drink before your next class. And their smoothies are terrible. They taste like they're made with...

The service was amazing and the barista’s were very friendly and helpful. Clara went above and beyond and made my coffee perfectly. Her kindness when taking my order was very appreciated and made my day! I will for sure be returning to this Starbucks...
