I leave 2 stars because his work is good however he has dragged this out for over a month. I purchased 4 shirts on June 9th while we was on vaca came home washed 3 out of 4 shirts because I dont like to wear anything before washing 2 got ruined my oldest son wore his home so it wasn't in with our laundry. I texted Louis sent him photos and he said in his 36 years hes never had this happen dont know what happened but he would redo them and send them to us in the mail. I thanked him and asked for care instructions because this isnt new for us ive always got them on vacation and washed them in the washer and sent an extra 20$ for shipping because im aware he didnt have to offer to replace them but the fact that he said he would and hasn't os what bothers me I have 3 smaller kids and I just dont have time to waste I texted him and asked for tracking on Aug 11th and no response today is Aug 18th still no sign of shirts or a text back. Very disappointed that someone would waste my time and lie to me. I get that hes probably busy but its been a week and over a month for shirts and he told me twice that he mailed it out apparently someone sent it to the wrong address the 1st time and they went...

If I could leave a no star review I would. We were promised an airbrushed shirt with an extremely simplistic design and then the person doing it ducked out of doing our order that he promised that would take only a couple of hours. We are not from the area and this was a Mother’s Day gift, we were promised the shirt on Monday after purchasing it and having to be told that the person doing it ducked out. It was three days later, on that Monday after Mother’s Day, when we arrived and the doors were shut tight, and we had not received any phone calls from the workers. Nobody answered the phone when we called. This is a scam, and these people don’t deserve your money. If the owner calls back then we’re demanding a refund because, for the $30 we were charged, this was beyond ridiculous and...

We have been vacationing in daytona for over 20 years and have been very happy with Ocean ave galleries . They have a very talented artist there who goes above and beyond to make sure we are happy with our families airbrushed tshirts , for example, one time a few years ago our travel plans had changed because of work , we needed some tshirts for the children and louie interrupted his golf game to come in and help our family out,now that is customer service folks .By the way I hear he is quite a good golfer .
