FYE — Local services in Daytona Beach

Called ahead looking for any type of CD of the new group I've been listening to and was surprised when I called and they did have 1 album in stock, I made sure to ask the girl on the phone before I made the trip that the one she was seeing was in their store. She confirmed it was in-fact in their stores so I made my way there. I arrived I checked the K-Pop section as that is where the album should've been found and nothing. After triple checking the shelf I asked the associates at the front the guy didn't have to have any idea what I was talking about the girl on the other hand pointed out that maybe it would be in the smaller separate shelf where they keep some BTS albums along with some other K-Pop albums they sometimes place there too. So I myself went and checked to have no luck. Not one once did either of them think to help me look on the shelves where the album should've been found or even check their system to make sure a mistake wasn't made and the album was in-fact never there. Ended up checking the whole store on my own with no luck and no help from either associate ESPECIALLY when the store cleared...

I Love FYE. Very very cool pop culture store. It’s got a little bit better of everything in this store. Kind of a mix between , pop culture , vintage music and a throw back store all rolled in to one. If your a geek 🤓🤓🤓🤓 then this is the store for you. It’s located in the Volusia mall . So if you want to do other showing you can if you want too . They have a great staff and they were very helpful and professional, friendly , great quick service. Wonderful customer and the store prices were decent and fair . I will say it’s stinks that they don’t have snd the. Lose bathroom is not close by. That’s kind of a bummer . I got a very good deal on a Blu-ray 📀 and bought the tremors film 🎞 I will for be back and I would totally recommend this store. It’s a must see if your In the area .

Have gone into this store multiple times and the store manager never fails to not be rude to me. Bought a bag of $10 foreign cheetos and went back in right after i bought it because i decided i didn’t want to spend that much money on a bag of cheetos. Some other person came out and then said she was going to ask the store manager if i could return them. The bag was unopened and i had just bought them not even five minutes ago. Store manager said i couldn’t return them because it was food even though it says nothing about that on their return policy. Matter of fact all it says is “ unopened merchandise may be returned” so i’m pretty positive she just...
