I had an old Macbook Air that, after some death throes, would not turn on at all. He asked me a lot of questions about its behavior and the symptoms leading up to its complete failure before making any suggestions. He did not just jump to conclusions. When I returned to pick it up, he showed me pictures of the affected areas and explained how he had first thought the problem was due to a short in one component, but was able to trace that short back to another set of components that were shorted out due to corrosion. He was able to remove the corrosion and re-solder some very, very tiny joints and did not even need to replace any components. It runs perfectly now.

While talking with him during this process, it became very clear that he is very knowledgeable and very conscientious about his work. He's not just a "replace a board or component"-type of person. He thinks things through and has the knowledge to actually diagnose the problem and the skills to fix it. He took the time to explain things to me & show me pictures of the before and after. All of this for a very reasonable price. Some other places charge more than my total cost just for a diagnosis and then charge additional labor on top of their higher diagnostic fee.

I don't usually bother to write reviews, but Qban-IT-Solutions deserves to be praised and I want them to succeed because I am so glad I've found a place I can trust and has reasonable prices. I have other computers that need attention as well and they'll all be going to...

They sold me two phones, the more expensive phone was not working. They sell Refurbished junk equipment and highly overpriced. They ripped me off during a Hurricane here In Florida and the Woman who Owns the store walked off Smirking (even laughing) thinking that she can take advantage of someone. I'm a disabled Veteran. She ripped off my Veteran Check. Reporting them to the better business bureau with all my receipts. How dare this business. My credit card company will go after her for Fraud. She sure knows what she did to me and to this day she thinks she's getting away with it. And during a Hurricane emergency, She treated me like I wasn't even a customer after $500 in credit card charges. She can contact True Link, a company that now Watches over Veterans getting scammed in this way. (Federal Theft and audits).

This company is in Daytona Beach in a strip mall area, that's just full of lying Frauds. Wonder how many out of town customers she ripped off and treated horrible.
