God where do I start arrive there about 10 am parking lot look busy Saturday morning. Enter the restaurant they were people waiting. I told my friend we shouldn't be waiting too long the turntables pretty fast. WRONG got put on a waiting list. And waited and waited the folks before us finally got seats. Somewhere the staff wasn't all quite there two tables were empty with dirty dishes. Three spots of the countertop or open with dirty dishes. Looking around for the lady that took our name to be seated she wasn't no help we found her we told her we're still waiting when would the tables be cleaned off she said when we get a chance. God knows how long that would have took. We were there for about 20 minutes standing waiting for somebody to knowledge us. I told a friend screw this place I'll take you to another Waffle House in Port Orange that will be better. We left several the customers left with us. Went to the Waffle House in Port Orange got greeted at the front door when we open it sit down at a clean table. And got excellent service. Tell the staff what happened where we came from they weren't surprised there's no manager on duty there just a district manager somebody that didn't seem to bother him what was going on there people walking out the door not good. Don't think I'll be going back there anytime soon. Good luck if anybody has any good...
Read moreIn short: Staff rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Food quality: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Environment: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ (Explanation below) Staff rating: Everyone was very friendly, especially the one that was serving me and my family. (I believe her name was Susie.) The overall over the top friendliness and kindness that was given was amazing. I wish I could come back very soon, but we were only stopping for a vacation, so I unfortunately won't be able to for a while. 😕 Food quality: The food was delivered very quickly, so everything was extremely fresh. And it tasted great - some of the best waffles I've had. My only complaint about the food is with the french toast; the butter could've been spread out a bit more. Environment: The overall aesthetics and vibe of the Waffle House was great, don't get me wrong - a great visual throwback to around the 1950's that gives a nice tone to the building. My only complaint is that the benches we sat in weren't soft but not hard at the same time. Final rating explanation: The whole experience that I was given was amazing. I would highly recommend this place as a goto...

You look for the "NO PARKING" sign and you can't find it. Only signs with the telephone number of "Remolque Universal". You call, they tell you that you have to go get your car and pay cash $165.00. If you don't pay in cash, they don't give you your car. You call 911, report the incident and the operator gives you the answer that you are parked on private property, that you did not consume anything there and that they have every right to call the tow truck to take the car. You demand the No Parking sign and the operator repeats the same speech like a machine. You ask to speak to an officer and he tells you that it can take up to 3 hours... The good, the good, was the "Universal Towing" parade of tow trucks with cars being towed from whatever parking lots are around, all on "private property." Seriously #Emergency?? Seriously #WaffleHouse? Seriously #UniversalTrailer? How much was the sum...
