Went there today. 10 am waited in line at customer service. Then the customer service guy just walks away when I get to the line. Tells me he doesnāt have time for this and told me to go to a regular line. I go to the line of 10 people. The same guy tells me to wait at the second line and said itās going to open in a minute. They open up the line and then proceed to take other customers. Sick of this place. Slow lines and employees that clearly donāt want to work or help customers. Would rather spend more money and just order my stuff off Amazon than shop at this...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis visit to the OSJL was a giant letdown. Several times each week my email is filled with their mailings with the promise of scads of fun seasonal items. Today I visited the Dedham store and it looked like it had been simultaneously looted and hit by a cyclone! Virtually all if the gardening supplies were gone, the food section was laid waste, and the store was in disarray. To top it off, there was a long line of customers waiting to check out and only two clerks there to do it! I'm a pretty regular customer there but boy, I won't be going back...
