Very “Off-Putting” customer service. I came in for the new “Peche, Le Creuset” cookware set. The entire encounter was discomforting. I felt as if the old guy, and odd lady were being prejudice. I definitely don’t recommend going to this location. Every other store in legacy place has exceptional customer service (Except these retailers). I Kindly just walked right out. Truly disappointed at Williams Sonoma’s poor customer service. I’ve called 6x because a gift I received from my registry arrived broken. I wanted to talk to a customer service agent to rectify the situation but never got past the elevator music. I tried to send a email as well but they have no customer service email. I had a disappointing experience at Williams-Sonoma. When I visited to make a purchase, they charged my card for something I never bought, and when I approached the staff for help, they were unhelpful. I spoke with the manager, who was quite shady and said he couldn’t assist me.
