Added June 8, 2024 Today Rob was able to adjust our account in such a way that our payments that were in arrears were reworked and we aren’t behind now facing ending our leases. I won’t say a bad word about this store - they always try to help as much as they possibly can. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

This is my 5th or 6th purchase from Buddys. I’ve almost always completed my agreements but even when I couldn’t the store staff were so helpful and professional. Rob (location manager) has for years helped my family when we most needed it. Always professional. Always helping us get exactly what we needed. Today was no different - had to replace a fridge with a VERY SPECIFIC dimension and he found it for me AND during Thanksgiving week no less. Wow. Thanks Rob, Danny, Kim...

I purchased a 70 inch flat screen TVs from them paid it off and had a warranty. The tv recently feel off my mantle I called the hem for replacement tv was picked up they then called me and advised they wouldn’t cover warranty because it looks like it was hit. I called manager today spoke with Robert Maxwell who stated tv not covered due to child breaking tv. I then advised again tv fell from mantle no one touched it. He got mad stated I need video of to falling! Who would have that I wasn’t expecting to to fall and that wasn’t condition in my warranty. He then disconnected call. I’m going to call Coporate but if no resolution I’ll be proceeding with my lawsuit. Worst company to ever work with would give no zeros if possible will be sharing experience across...

I love this location and have been with them for a while!!! I made a mistake and went to the Sanford location, I was not happy with the quality of the merchandise that they were trying to offer me. So, I called Rob and asked if they had what I was looking for and he went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy. When I went in today and Amy (I think her name was) knew exactly what to do!!! Thank y'all for being the best Rent to Own place I have ever...
