Cato Fashions — Local services in DeLand

I was excited to visit since I was referred by a co-worker and her clothes are always so adorable. While browsing I noticed the prices were really great compared to others like lane Bryant. However, even though the manager and 2 other associates were on the floor, never was I offered assistance or asked how I was fairing even after exiting the fitting room. I guess they were too busy gossiping about other locations, eating lunch, and giving each other rides on clothing carts. Very disappointed in the lack of service and professionalism. Perhaps another time I will try again, but I was willing to spend money and walked out...

I don't come to this store often, but when I do visit the clerks are so unfriendly. I went in on October 5th on a Sunday after church to return an item and the lady wouldn't smile say hello nothing. Maybe she wasn't happy because she had to work who knows, but when you're working with the public I would think you should be a little more friendly towards people. This is not the first time this has happened. I'm getting to the point where I'll probably just order online. I don't really have the desire to even go back to...

I absolutely love this shop!!!!! I dropped my mom at the nail salon nextdoor & while I waited I browsed Cato ☺️The ladies are always ready to help & they are all smiles and fashion💃💃💃💃💃 The displays are set up so it's easy to see the whole store. I find this helps in mapping out where I want to look next 😉 The dressing rooms are clean & lots of room. Not only did they have the perfect dress, but they also had a great pair of sandals to match. There is plenty of parking & a handicap parking spot...
