I have shopped at this location since I was 15, this location used to be amazing and had some of the most friendliest people working there that were always fantastic to chat with. In the past few years that has all changed their new workers have not a care in the world to provide good customer service. They are always in a bad mood, complaining, and when you are the only person in the store they can’t put down the phone to help you out which is hilarious because they hardly ever pick up if you try to call them. Today when they actually did answer the lady’s first words were oh my god, hello?? I immediately hung up and didn’t bother talking to her. These folks are not worth your time or money, it is a depressing location that I used to really enjoy shopping at. Read moreFantastic customer service. I had to return and exchange a product I had purchased at this location. The Team Leader, Ryan, had called me to let me know as soon as my product was there and I was lucky enough to have him assist me in store as well. He really took his time to help me better understand how to utilize my device to its fullest capabilities, as well as how to best insure it. Also, he helped me sign up for a pro membership and I’m excited to get all the perks of this membership, so I can get more games for my family at a better price. I didn’t feel pressured into extra sales, but certainly left spending more than I intended. I think it was a good investment. I have so much to learn, as my first gaming device was the OG Atari. Told me he couldn’t take my ps4 because I didn’t have a controller for it. but the other person working interrupts and says that they can take it, it just won’t be as much money. So I go get a controller from home and go back and he says “I can’t take this.
