I have always had good service with this location and I usually just walk in and place my order but because of the current situation we are all dealing with placing a order in store is not a option so after spending quite a bit of time fixing all of the problems I had just trying to get all of my information correct on the new system from the old system, I was finally able to place my order online. Five minutes after I completed my order I receive a phone call from a unidentified individual from the restaurant stating they are out of steak and chicken and can not make my order but he will take care of me by refunding my credit card (minus the chips and queso that I redeemed from my rewards account-that he never mentioned) after I told him I wanted to contact corporate about reinstating my credit for the chips and queso and the last two burritos that I have ordered have had an unusual amount of fat in the steak (I saved the evidence of steak with fat in my refrigerator to provide proof if they needed it) at which point he informed me that the fat was the suppliers fault and then he immediately got a attitude and proceeded to tell me I was acting like a ahole and hung up on me. When I attempted to contact the manager, I asked the manager if I could please have his name and he said it was not important and refused to give his name then informed me I was acting like a ahole as well. Read moreMy husband and I showed up at 7:30PM to find all the doors locked even though all their signs said they closed at 8PM. We thought maybe the doors were locked because they were short staffed but there were 5 employees behind the counter and only 1 couple in the dinning room. We happened to go in because another customer was leaving - I actually felt bad for entering!! Which is nuts because all their signs showed they were open! While standing in line we heard one of the employees shout to another “make sure the doors are locked” so it was definitely intentional.
When we went to order we discovered that they were all out of chicken and steak which was disappointing, but I figured was because they were closing soon. However, I overheard the employees discussing that they made enough chicken at 6:30 to last them for the “next hour” and then ran out 20 minutes later. I would have thought they would have made more then? Or planned to make enough to last them till 8? They were also out of grilled vegetables and denied someone chips and queso because they didn’t have enough queso to order as a side like that.
All that being said, the employees were nice. We just found it odd that they locked up so soon and only cooked enough to be open till 7:30???
If I was the business owner of this location, I’d be disappointed to know that my employees were fine losing out on sales prior to us closing and creating this reputation.

Told me there not one her in that name. I asked for a refund, she told me to contact online. Stated she sees it says come pick up with my name. Not helpful! Made me feel like I am going crazy here!
