DO NOT GET YOUR BROWS WAXED HERE! I thought I'd get mine cleaned up here as my regular esthetician is going on vacation and I was already getting my nails done. The brow tech was super rough on my skin, poked into the inside corner of my eye while waxing me and then tells me my left eyebrow is perfect and beautiful but my left is a little off. I thought that was weird....why wouldn't you fix it?? She then plucked some and didn't even trim my brows. She gives me the mirror and since she said the right is messed up I looked at the right and thought it's decent enough? I just want to leave. So I left. As soon as i got in my car I realized my eyebrows were a mile apart, one eye looked surprised while the other normal, and one had a tail that was double the length of the other. They were terrible. I asked for an emergency session from my normal esthetician this afternoon n thankfully she squeezed me in. Her words: "it is poor practice but done often by people in my industry: to draw attention away from the eyebrow, or service, that was messed up the esthetician will bring your attention to something that isn't as messed up so they don't have to take accountability. She should have never charged you for this service. she purposely told you the right was messed up when it was actually the left so she didn't have to take accountability. she waxed the middle too far out making your brows appear way too far apart, her plucking has left you with a bald spot, both were waxed too thin, the point is completely off on one side compared to the other, and the tails of your brows are in no way the same length. she also didn't trim your brows." My normal brow tech is trying to save as much of my hair as she can so she did very light tweezing and then had to tint me extra heavy to make my brows appear fuller and more even. She has recommended i stimulate hair growth by brushing my brows regularly so the hair will come back. she said in 6wks when I see her again she most likely won't wax me still because my brows won't have grown back in by then. When I called for a refund the nail salon offered to rewax my brows for me. How can you rewax when your brow tech took half my hair off?. I said I don't trust you to wax my brows and have made an appt with someone I trust. They still only offered a credit on my account instead of offering to refund as requested and should be honored so I guess I'll get my toes done with the credit and then never go back. I honestly wanted so bad to love this place because I they were nice and the salon was nice. however watch your money in this salon or be surprised at checkout. This first issue was I told they were able to do acrylic on the toes. They are not able to do that instead I was charged $65 for just tips no acrylic. I asked for a French tip on my big toes and the lady said she would then came back and said she can’t. I had to settle for a basic nude. I asked for a simple ombré set Kim did my nails she convinced me to get glitter for the tips without telling me it would cost extra when I asked why I was being charged a extra $25 I was told for medium length and the glitter which is a ombré color you can tell Kim was just making up charges as she went CON-ARTIST my end total came out to be $210 for a basic pedicure and basic a ombré fullset no rhinestones and no designs. Kim did offer to refund $10 but at that point I had already left and would have spent more than that in gas to return. I paid $210 and honestly did not get what I asked for. There’s way better options I will not be back. Edit: I also forgot to add that the lady that did my pedi drilled the skin off the side of my toe I had to ask her to physically stop it still hurts. They are really rough and I never had that experience not relaxing at all. She started punching the bottom of my feet during the pedi that supposed to last 30 mins but only lasted 10 like she was in a boxing match. I swear this has been the worse experience that I have had in a salon yet. The pedi lady kept trying to convince me to not get acrylic fullset so she could do them for me like I literally booked a appointment and the services I want online just to get in the shop and not get anything I booked. Lastly the pedi lady finished up my pedi by saying I take tip in cash or venmo. I was so shocked yall and I still am I always tip $40 for my services 20 for nail tch and 20 for pedi however yall I just could not do it this time I was...

The first time I went in everything was great- I was happy with the shape and I was asked if I liked the color and really was made sure that I was happy with what I was paying for. However my visit today Was disappointing.. The technician was super nice but she went to town on trimming my cuticles when I know they did not need that- I still have bits of my cuticles after my service that I have to trim at home on my own. I wasn’t asked if I liked the color until she was done doing my nails.. So there wasn’t really any area for me to ask to get it changed even though I did want it changed. When she went to prep my nails she was using a Dremel on my already thin nails and my nails are left incredibly sensitive… And then I got to the shape of the nails I asked for file and then she proceeded to cut them with clippers after I kept feeling the length after her filing… I only wanted them filed and I was feeling my nails to make sure they were in a good spot but she wanted to clip them even though I asked for filed. And then she went way shorter than I wanted .. To the point where The cuticles on my nails are incredibly sensitive as well as being thinned out.. Let alone that they’re uneven.. The only nail that looks OK is my thumb and my pinky nail but all three of my actual fingers were cut to nubs. I can feel that my nails were cut way too short because my fingers Are sensitive. I just felt like she didn’t wanna be there and she didn’t wanna be giving me the service. And the quality of it showed.. I’m really bummed because I don’t know if I’m willing to try them out a third time for a potential of a bad service like this again. Even though the first one was great.. I guess if you book here just be super mindful on what technicians you book with and read the reviews on who people recommend.
