Anastasia's Bakery LLC — Local services in Denver

Been in twice now since moving to Colorado, and everything is wonderful! The breads, the selections of cakes - slices or whole - that you can pick up immediately. They even have some snacks, juices, aloe drinks, and popsicles/fresh fruit popsicles. Today I even ventures out of my comfort-zone to try their cheesecake (I'm never a fan of cheesecake normally, as I'm not a fan of cream cheese in general), because everything I've purchased here has been so delectable. I'm pleased to say, their cheesecake is the ONLY cheesecake I have ever enjoyed 🥰 Not a bite left, as it was just so wonderful!

The atmosphere is very homely, just like you can expect from bakeries anywhere. The service is wonderful; everyone helpful and accommodating 🥰 I know a little Spanish from living in Cali and from various friends from South America, but even if I'm speaking English or broken Spanish or Spanglish, they are not treating me any different.

I wouldn't expect that they would (in reference to my comment just above); but just decided tonight to leave a review and look through their reviews as this is such a wonderful delicious spot I've happily stumbled upon recently. And I'm so shocked to see the low reviews people have left and why. This place is wonderful, and you can tell the bakers and pastry chefs here put so much passion and love into their treats! Whoever is saying they are not friendly and poor customer service must be meaning to leave that review at a different spot, because this place's staff is so friendly and helpful!

I've not ordered a custom cake yet, but I know if I need one in the future I will be doing so here!

I decided to order the Spring Fling Cake for my sons 13th birthday. We just did vanilla cake as appears to the usual, zucchini cake, and it was AMAZING. It was 90$ for a half sheet which was way more than I realized I needed but well worth the money. I was able to order it on Tuesday for it to be ready on Saturday and it was One of THE BEST cakes I’ve ever had by far. I normally don’t leave lots of reviews but I wanted to make a point to share my experience with this adorable little bakery. Great taste and very fair prices. Can’t say 5 stars because the customer service is just terrible, especially from the younger lady. The other day I went in and asked if they had an ‘Encanto’ themed cake. She replied, “the designs are on Facebook,” and left it at that. First of all who talks to a customer like that; with no explanation or options for a work around. I don’t have FB, so what I’m just suppose to do keep my choices limited to just the five display cakes? Unprofessional. Come for the fair priced bread, but don’t hope to get any good...
