I can't say enough about these guys. First of all, smart move with advertising mattress sets on Craigslist. I never would have thought to look here for a new mattress. I just bought my 2.5 year old a used twin bed for only $20 but I needed a new box spring and mattress for it. They had a great deal for a twin set so they held it for me until the next day when I could pick it up since it was the last box spring they had in stock. Score some points there! Then I came in and got it. Not only were they super friendly, but I was in a huge hurry and they were very quick! They helped me load it into my car and everything.
Later that evening, I noticed I lost my FitBit. I only had a week. I was depressed. I thought maybe I lost it while I was there. I gave them a call as soon as they were open this morning and not only did they look around inside, but I asked if they could look around where I parked my car and they were more than happy to look outside too. Believe it or not, they found it!!! Talk about customer service. They didn't have to go look for me, but they did, and now I'm super happy. Read moreMy boyfriend and I paid a ton of money for a queen sized futon from this store about 2 years ago. First issue was the guys who delivered it were awful. They not only didn't bother screwing in the bolts and things, but they actually left out a few of them, leaving our futon to be shaky and unstable. We've tried to fix it a few times, but for the most part we just have a huge and useless futon in our living room now and if you sit on it, it breaks. Also, the drawers we paid extra for were not available until about 8 months later. Since we weren't able to come pick them up when they finally arrived to the store, they were sent back to the warehouse and didn't even call us. Here's an idea - If it takes that long for us to get what we paid for, maybe offer to ship it to us? Basically, we are very sad that we wasted all that money on something we were really only able to use a few times for guests. We've thought about getting it repaired, but paying someone to fix something that was so cheap and badly put together in the first place would be a waste. In the meantime, we won't be back to this place and do not recommend...

He listened to my concerns, adhered to my budget, and went above and beyond to truly listen to me and help me out. Ross is the best. He cares about you individually, and truly listens. A man of integrity, discipline, and a huge heart. Thanks again for all the help! This is why I shop local, and family owned.
