MIKE was an absolute problem today. He took our request for shoe sizes and we waiting for so long that the store cleared out... we still didn't have the shoes. My daughter went to follow up on her shoes and he cut her off to get on the radio to call for them. Rude.
You would think we'd get the shoes on a second request, nope. I had to approach the register and waited for him to finish his transaction to ask a 3rd time for my kids shoes. Guess what... he finished the transaction SPUN AROUND TO NOT LOOK AT ME STANDING THERE AND ACT LIKE I DIDNT EXIST!!!!!!!
I said loudly HELLO? His body language carried all the attitude I bet his mouth wanted to express. I asked for the shoes, he said the back room still has to pull them... OK this other customer that just walked in already got her 5 pairs of shoes and we'd been there for so long with no shoes. Explain that MIKE! I told him cancel the request that he obviously never made and I asked for the manager. They claim no manager on site or on the schedule all weekend. I asked when does a manager work next, "can't release that information". Great, what's the managers name "can't release that information"....! ARE YOU SERIOUS?!
Then I call the store after leaving to ask again. Mike answers, he says a Supervisor is on staff to talk to, cool I want that person. Daisy gets on the phone and she says she's the Assistant Manager HAHAHAHA WHAT?! Either they're lying to not get reported or doing the most to avoid dealing with a customer complaint.

I am just so very frustrated that I canât even hardly speak today I was in the finish line at Cherry Creek Mall and I did some shopping for my friend. I purchased roughly around $600 worth of stuff and they had a hard time finding a shirt in the size that I wanted. They went to the back and pulled his shirt, brought it up and set it on the counter after they rang it in I asked him if the shirt in back of them was mine and they told me know that they had put it in the bag I get home and unload my stuff and there is no shirt. All of the rest of my things were in order not a big deal. I called the store and ask them what they can do to help me and that I would be willing to go back and pick my shirt up tomorrow and they informed me that they know that they have put it in the bag they knew they put it in the bag they were 100% sure they put it in the bag. I asked them for the store managers phone number so I can speak with them and have them and they said they could not give that number out to me. I have no problem with people making mistakes, but what I have a problem with with no recourse to defend myself. Purchased a 170$ pair of shoes, which upon putting on in my house, snapped where the lace fits in the hole to tie the shoe. Went back, received a new pair, only for it to happen yet again. Went back to the store only to have a manager tell me I would not be able to return or replace the shoe without the original box. I was never told by any of the staff that I needed the box in order to return the shoe. I was sold not one, but two defective shoes that broke, in the exact same place.170$ pair of shoes that I wasn't able to return or replace because I didn't have the original box. I was treated unfairly, wasn't told to keep the box by any employee at anytime, and the lady, whom I was told is the manager, would not and could not help me in anyway. If an employee is supposed to verbally let me know how to return or replace items, and they don't, and I am unaware of how their return policy works, how am I supposed to know to keep the box in order to return or replace the shoe; especially if the shoe breaks within 24 hours of owning them, let alone not even using them once.
Horrible experience as a store to not help someone like me in this type of a situation, and I will never shop...
