All my experiences here have been beyond fantastic!!! Jenna Mugno is amazing! Such a knowledgeable, detail oriented, professional, kind, caring sweetheart who has seriously saved my self confidence with every treatment she’s done for me! I went through several traumas that rapidly aged me over the last year or so, chronic eyelid dermatitis left me with what I worried was a permanently aged, damaged, different face, but with an expertly executed tox brow/eye lift & the bye bye baggy eye treatment I am so incredibly happy to be feeling so much more like my old self again! I came to Highline for a dermaplane treatment based on the positive reviews, but the experience was painful. The esthetician was kind and adjusted when I shared feedback, but the treatment itself was not up to standard compared to my regular experiences elsewhere. The next morning I woke up with scrapes on my face, which confirmed my concerns during the appointment. I receive regular dermaplane treatments and know this is not typical.

I have been going to Rachel for all of my aesthetician needs since 2019 and I am seriously devoted! She and her team at Highline are dedicated to providing superb care and I have always been so pleased with any of my treatments which have included Botox, facials, lasering and microneedling. Rachel has always walked me through every step of the process behind a treatment and made sure I am happy, which I always am.
