Little Man Ice Cream — Restaurant in Denver

Might be the worst customer service experience I have ever had. My 93 year old grandmother was craving an ice cream and I was excited to bring her to a Denver classic. As we walk up, the guy working there (with long red hair) rudely insists multiple times that we are coming in from the wrong side of the partition and need to go back out and circle around. I would understand this if there were other people in line or if my grandma wasn’t visibly having trouble and walking with a cane, but he saw her struggling and still rudely insisted we walk around even with no other customers in sight. He continues to be extremely rude as my grandma asked for one sample before ordering. Then, after paying, the worker angrily tells my grandma to get out of the way of the cash register counter (despite there still being no other customers). I worked in customer service for a long time and would never treat anyone the way my grandma and I were treated. It sure ruined Little Man Ice...

I'm glad that I was able to get the most popular ice cream at Denver Airport.

The flavors are great, I loved the 16th street chocolate, and Salted Caramel with Peanut Butter. They're so creamy, smooth, and flavorful. I also got the Espresso chips but it is too sweet for me.

The service is horrible. The lady was chatting with other airport staff, leaving her customers waiting in line. She doesn't love her job either - Stony faced and not enthusiastic about introducing flavors to customers. I can't help but think of who doesn't like serving ice cream to people! It's supposed to be the happiest job on earth, let alone it's the BEST ice cream in Denver.

I’ve been here before in Denver, at the original city location…and I don’t plan to ever go back after tonight’s visit at the airport location. If you close at 9:00, then close at 9:00….it isn’t a ballpark number, it’s an actual specific time, and y’all advertise that time. Garbage training and poor staffing. Their ice cream is average at best…but convenient in the airport. I asked a guy passing tonight me what he would rank their milkshake that he was drinking and he said “maybe a 7/10..?”. This place is riding on hype, not product and especially not delivery. It’s 2021- management/ownership- wake up! In the market for a new ice cream...
