I’m not one to write many reviews, but I felt compelled to put something together because we had such a wonderful experience at Love Saro.

My husband and I both got permanent bracelets and we were helped by Lydia, one of the owners. She was warm, friendly, funny and accommodating. She helped to guide us through picking the right chains and gems for us, all while explaining different benefits and meanings behind each option.

The conversation never stopped flowing and she made us feel right at home. Getting a piece of permanent jewelry is like committing to a tattoo, and for that, I think it’s important to have a good guide, which is what we found with Lydia. We also did a tarot card intention pull for my husbands bracelet and were able to have an incredible conversation about it’s meaning and the intention of the piece moving forward.

This was my first time getting permanent jewelry, and my first time visiting Love Saro. What an AMAZING experience! The shop alone is a pleasure to visit, with beautiful displays of custom jewelry, gorgeous stone decorations, and the scent of sandalwood in the air. Jordan was an absolute pleasure to work with in making our selections. After serving us cups of chamomile tea, she took the time to gain a thorough understanding of our interests, was very knowledgeable with regard to the product line, and made the whole experience even more fun and special than we already expected it to be. She even took the time to get our bracelets just right in terms of fit, constructions, etc. This is not the cheapest option in town, but the quality of the materials, the energy and ambiance of the space, and the exceptional customer service make it well worth it. Most magical experience ever! I’ve had 4 creations made with Jessa and Taylor and both made the experience so special. Knowing that not only are the pieces custom but also made with so much intention and purpose is something I haven’t been able to find anywhere else. Being able to make something that is undeniably me and having it made from the best materials with a team that is so knowledgeable is what the Love Saro experience is all about.
