We just had the first of the furniture we ordered from HW Home delivered, and the delivery and installation process was the icing on the cake - what a wonderful experience from start to finish we have had with this company. We have seen a lot of delivery/installation personnel and jobs, and we cannot rank any duo above Jason and Chandler, the two most fabulous, careful, willing-to-please guys you could have on a delivery/install team. Their positive communication and coordination with customer - creativity in problem solving - efficiency - and helpful demeanor. They would not leave until everything was perfect; they even hung the mirror we had purchased.

We worked with Claire in the showroom, and, during our many calls, emails, and visits to the store, she was focused on helping us find the pieces we wanted. With her creativity, patience, attention to detail, and talent, we chose beautiful pieces that we are so excited to have in our home. Love the call from her on delivery day just checking in on everything. What other company does that??

Thank you, thank you, thank you for an incredible job in designing, planning and executing my new home! I discovered HWHome years ago on a business trip and have always managed to pop in whenever in the Denver area.

When it was time to retire to Palm Springs, I knew HWHome could set me up with a remarkable fresh “Desert Vibe” home. The planning of the design confirmed my confidence…. You not only wanted to know my likes/dislikes, but talked to me at length about how I wanted each room to feel and specifically how the rooms would be used.

You solved a space issue in the great room with a creative approach to the dining area and made that room bright, stylish and open.

I wanted a den that was masculine yet stylish- and you really delivered.

And the bedroom is welcoming, comfortable and looks like a resort! (Don’t get me started on the bed - the GhostBed is the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on).

The delivery process was smooth, quick and your delivery guys could not have been harder working or careful. Truck here at 8am and by 4pm everything in place, art hung and pkg materials disappeared.

Customer service could not have been more thorough and clearly my needs were top of mind throughout the entire process.

I love your Cherry Creek shop, I finally made it in and had the most wonderful experience. Lisa, the designer working with me, is a gem. She was so incredibly helpful to me with her ease of communication and wealth of knowledge-she helped me to clarify what I was seeking room by room and she was completely focused and answered not only my specific furniture questions but also my design questions. I cannot tell you how much I enjoyed and how fulfilling this experience with her was. I felt like hugging her when I left. Your store is so completely beautiful and welcoming, every vignette feeling like a home. You must be so proud; i am proud for you! How wonderful the Cherry Creek location is for your shop! Many people were coming in and enjoying all the beautiful furniture. All of your employees that day were so kind and so very active making your shop more perfect. It was a pleasure to be there.

I’m grateful for your kindness during the tragedy and loss we suffered with the Marshall Fire. We are now able to begin ordering new furniture to replace our loss. Your kindness, and the wealth of assistance from your designers, I won’t forget.
