im sad i have to make this review. i dont have to but. it should be noted this place is glorified by its aesthetic, but still, be weary, this business operates off of bad faith.
I had an appointment march 10th, and booked out a month april 10th for my next appointment and did the monthly program. and of course even with a booked appointment, I recieved a call today (april 4th) and the woman on the phone said they failed to charge me two days ago and was calling to see whats up, and I, was like uhm I’ve actually been looking forward to coming back (despite my last experience) and I know in 30 days would be the day before my birthday, on April 10th. Do why are you charging me after 3 weeks? she said it looks like your appointment was on the 2nd and its now past due? and i said excuse me? i know the exact dates. and looked up the day i was charged which was the day I was there, (March 10th) and she said oh well it says on my screen that we charge everyone on the 2nd of every month. But i dont know how anyone can believe someone who just lied to you, you corrected them, so they are foing to pathologically create another lie to make themselves sound correct….. and btw if you go on the 28th just know you will be charged in 4 days if thats true…… which by no means is a business I’m going to support. Especially when my partner is a nurse himself, and said after the whole process, the woman sith the short hair kept trying to make him and his brother get Iv drips and made my session so slow that it was a 3 hour session of just a myers cocktail and coq10 shot whole trying to convince them to sign up for memberships….. and it was on sunday. and no one there. And now i see why.
then after i politely said i wasnt coming back, and hung up, the owner called me back stating he wants to mediate any confusion, and i said whats to be confused about? the employee you have calling me lied and said i had an appointment on the 2nd and im over due to, “oh we charge everyone on the second”. thats a bad business practice, even IF the second rebuttle she gave me was true.” Im not saying dont go here,...
Read moreThe place has a lot to offer. I think I unfortunately had a rare bad experience, however I wanted to share just for others to know. I came in for my first appointment, did all the paperwork etc. then when getting ready for my IV I was stuck wrong. After about 30 minutes the bag wasn’t moving like normal and I was having pain in my arm. The fluid was going into the tissue not my vein but the nurse didn’t notice which is really odd to me since I had to say something rather than her notice that things weren’t moving like normal. Once I let her know I was experiencing pain, we switched arms and it seemed to go fine from there however I was there for 2 hours for one liter of fluids which is kind of crazy. Once I got home I noticed the arm she initially stuck was very swollen and in pain so I called and they said it was okay, not a lot of reassurance and not a lot of kindness or empathy.
I have never experienced anything like this getting fluids so I felt like others might...
Read moreTo say I am disappointed is an under statement! I went there to get an IV and unfortunately it never happened. The first tech blew my veins twice he then called another tech in and she also blew a vein and caused me to bleed. I shouldn’t have allowed her to try don’t know what I was thinking. I have an autoimmune Disease I have been in the hospital many times and not once has anyone blown a vein. I have done other IV places never have had a vein blown. Not sure if it’s lack of training or what, but I’m amazed that on three attempts, they blew veins three times. My arm on my right is sore in the area that they blew the first vein and I am bruised on both arms. Reading up a little bit on blown veins they probably used the wrong needle gauge on me which once again is lack of training. I would give them zero stars but unfortunately Google...
