Sunglass Hut at Macy's — Local services in Denver

I just went to the Macy's sunglasses hut at cherry creek mall to return my Prada sunglasses which I had purchased 2 days ago. I felt it was big for me and since I am paying $$$ I wanted it to be really nice. The girl at the sunglass hut counter was very rude, she said " didn't you know it was big when you bought them"? I have a Macy's card and shop very often and I barely return things I buy there. And I mentioned to her that I bought them couple of days ago and she again with a rude tone says "i still have to check for scratches", of course why would I have a problem with that? I was helped by Tyler at the Cherry Creek mall Macy’s sunglass hut and all I can say is just wow. He went above and beyond the call of duty to find a pair of sunglasses I really wanted. Got them shipped in and then kept me updated when it took longer than expected. He’s down to earth, conversational and just a naturally very thoughtful person, most of these things you cannot teach. This man deserves a raise; I have not received such good customer service throughout the pandemic much less in the last several years. Bought a paid of sunglass for 200$. Only to find out it doesn't come with a box, just a case. I immediately returned to the store and ask why didn't my EXPENSIVE 200$ purchase come with a box ?
