I never give reviews as I think people have bad days but I will say I walked into this establishment in order to look around and see if any clothes spoke to me and I did feel unqualified to be there based on the woman’s reaction behind the front desk. She followed me around for the majority of the time I was there and seemed inconvenienced by my presence. Mind you, I am definitely not dressed the part today as I was simply in Denver to go to a casual event with a friend and was wearing a sweater and leggings. I thought I might as well get the best out of it since I drove all the way from the Springs so I understand that I most likely didn’t look like the regular clientele and may have set off her radar (which I understand I was previously a manager in retail), but I’m not sure that the behavior I received was entirely necessary. I could just be reading into things, but I did not feel welcomed and, in hindsight, was probably not. Hopefully they learn from this and do not make others feel as much of a misfit as I did. I did see a few things I liked and I would’ve bought this lovely dress I found had I not experienced the hostility that I did. I did not even want to try it on because of this. There are other stores that do not make me feel that way with similar clothes that are close by. Please consider this review when interacting with future...
Read moreThe Vintage Label has very quickly become one of my favorite stores in the Denver area! I wandered in there on a whim a week ago and met Carolyn, the owner, who was so gracious and wonderful. I told her I wasn't necessarily looking for anything that day but was there on behalf of a few people in my life. Even so, she told me about the items she had in, a bit about the store's history, and upcoming pop-up shops she was putting on. I left there with a smile on my face, knowing I'd be back.
Did so yesterday with my sister, and we had a BLAST, both spending an hour or so there finding some great great new pieces for our wardrobes. The quality, variety, and pricing (especially for the end of winter sale season) were all just incredible. But I absolutely have to say that Carolyn's customer service and personality just made the experience so so so awesome - I know both my sister and i will be back many more times.
Whether you are fashion minded already or not, and either man or a woman, this is a store you must visit and spend time in. You'll have a fun time, get s level of clothes-shopping-service you don't find just anywhere, and will almost certainly leave there with an outfit that fits and expresses you well. 5 out of 5 stars...
Read moreMy friend and I recently stumbled upon The Vintage Label, a charming little boutique that instantly caught our eye with it's inviting storefront and delightful window displays. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. The boutique is beautifully decorated with a mix of vintage and modern touches that give it a unique and homey feel. We found the selection of products simply exquisite. I bought 2 adorable sweatshirts and a fabulous pair of wide leg jeans. The young ladies were sweet, helpful, and attentive. They even offered great styling tips and honest opinions. Their passion for what they do truly shines through. Overall, the experience at The Vintage Label was absolutely wonderful. This little gem is a must -visit for anyone looking for unique finds and excellent service. The owner charmed us with a surprising discount because of the hotel we stayed at. She was awesome, thank you for making our shopping...
