I've been officing at this VentureX location for 4 months and have been excited to come to this location everyday. The staff is incredibly accommodating and the amenities are more than expected. Lots of space to work out of our private space, quiet rooms for calls, and tech enabled conference rooms. Exceptionally well thought out and executed. Special shout out to LaRee who always makes sure I have what I need, and Jack who welcomes me each day with a smile and sweet boots.

Not only are the work/office accomodations top notch but this location offers a number of possibilities for events from small gatherings of colleagues and happy hours to workshops and seminars. London does an incredible job of understanding the needs of your group and suggesting possible solutions. I hosted two offsite meetings at Venture X LoDo over the past two days, and everything was fantastic. The space is absolutely gorgeous — spacious, modern, and filled with natural light. The meeting room worked perfectly for our needs, equipped with a smart TV, large boardroom-style table, and everything else we required.

It was incredibly convenient having The Maven and the Milk Market right in the downstairs lobby, which made the experience seamless for our out-of-town guests.

The location, meeting space, and staff were all superb. London was incredibly helpful throughout the booking process, and the day-of coordination from Derek and Kaitlin was seamless. They were both so friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond — loaning us a rolling TV monitor, providing plates and napkins for meals, and even setting up an extra table for snacks and drinks. As an event professional in Denver, it is key to be able to find the right venues for my clients. I was able to locate Venture X LoDo to host a 3 day conference in the collab space. It was beyond our expectations. The ambiance and environment are cozy yet professional and can truly accommodate any type of corporate or social event. Simple contract requirements, advanced AV specs and even more flexibility on parking and food and beverage opportunities to host our guests. London was phenomenal. She met with us immediately after a tour request. She was responsive and accommodating beyond what I have ever seen at a venue.
