The experience I had as far as the product goes was good. I paid to get my logo digitized so they could put it on some shirts. Afterwards the guy tells me that I need a flash drive to get the logo. So I go get a flash drive and come back a couple days later so I can get the logo. A different guy tells me that when you pay 30 dollars the store keeps the file and when you pay 100 dollars you can take the file. That's absolutely ridiculous and a rip off!!! It does not cost that much to digitize a logo. My review is simply based off of the store ripping people off for their logo. Its enough that I had to pay to get the logo designed and now you want to charge me that much because you don't want me to go anywhere else with MY own logo. I don't advise anyone to go to this store or any other...

Mad about the green the rep used on my bachelorette squad shirts. Didn't match the color that I picked off their wall or the design I showed her and even offered to send for reference. Buying my own t-shirts off Amazon saved the look. The material and fit helped balance that hideous highlighter yellow. I changed my review because the shirts were well received and the store owner gave better service than I initially felt I got under the deadlines and pressure I was working with personally to get my shirts done...

A friend got some shirts printed and the OWNER paid NO attention to what he was doing!! Overcharged! Instead of giving her cash back or putting $$ back on card, he gave store credit. Well low n behold...he messed up that order COMPLETELY!! He blew her off when confronted! So she had to see if it could be fixed! Sad!
