Saved my life. When another business botched my wax- Brazilian Wax Studio came to my rescue days before my wedding! The staff did everything humanly possible to help me- I left a different waxing business that morning because they had no idea what they were doing and I couldn’t let them continue and hurt my body. I called Brazilian Wax Studio and they booked me right away- squeezing me between two appointments - so that I could get everything done before my wedding a few days later. I am new to town and found them via google- and I’m so glad I did: The full Brazilian, half- legs, and under- arm wax were all done quickly, thoroughly, and professionally. I really wanted to like this place but just couldn’t after my first visit. I have had many Brazilian waxes at different studios prior to visiting this business. This was unlike anything I had ever experienced. The hair removal was painful and she kept pulling at the same spots, up to what felt like 10 times back to back. I already have sensitive skin so this only made it worse. The receptionist and the owner who was doing my wax kept talking about their personal life and wouldn’t stop complaining about random things. The owner was being so short and rude. The poor receptionist seemed so afraid of her. I’m not sure if this was just an “off” day or what but I thought it was highly inappropriate. When I went to pay it ended up being nearly $100 for a Brazilian! I’ve never, ever, paid that much for a wax and definitely not one that was that terrible.

I received my first Brazilian wax in 10 years last week. I waited a week before leaving a review because I have highly sensitive skin. It is extremely painful for me to shave multiple times a week, I get razor burn to the max, red blood vessel bumps, etc. I'm telling you all of this because my experience with Danna was FANTASTIC. I had/have no allergic reactions, the pain was minimal, and she is so fast at it! On top of that, her bubbly personality, sense of humor, and customer service eliminates any feeling of awkwardness or being uncomfortable and I'm a pretty shy person most of the time when it comes to that type of stuff!
