This store is operating with a dishonesty, conniving staff who took my cash and let me pay with a card also and when I went back to look at their camera footage I was told it only tapes 10 days out and records over. I was blind sided by Diane and the two staff movers. I thought at first it was a mistake and that includes my own memory I paid 1578.79 in cash and I paid the same amount with my card. Making my bank account overdraft and all the bills I paid before going to make this big purchase return back unpaid. Sixteen days later whenI noticed I paid twice for furniture that now I have to look at everyday with stricken greif. hurt and ashamed also with NO proof of paying cash and by card, other than the three employees that decided to split my cash between the three of them and decide not to be honest for whatever reason! They are still employed I have been praying and trying not to stay sickened by this entire turn of events but I can not keep this embarrassing (to say the least) & costly event silent any longer! What they stole from me hit very hard but my excitement and astounding joy to be able to make a purchase from somewhat of a high-end store was the root of the evil done to me by Gardella furniture store STAFF in my own community. I truly don't think the owner had anything to do with this but what he does need to know is that I DID PAY IN CASH! DIANE DID PUT MY MONEY IN THAT GREEN ZIP CANVAS BAG ALL 1578.79 and THEY DID STEAL MY CASH & split it amongst themselves and Diane ( curly hair) was the main culprit. I dont like shopping for these type items on line and made mention that I was glad I was able to shop here. Also gald they lasted in my community during the pandemic. Oh we or I mostly chatted so kindly. Now I have to pass this place sickened by their dihonesty, grieved and vexed by the conveying trickery this staff did and the thought that two of them was in my apartment and took a picture of ths sofa which I didnt find strange until after I realized I had paid them cash ( of cousre he's going to take a photo to ensure delivery) but I remember asking him to take a picture of my bed as I was l looking for a dresser to match and let me know if anything comes in. Well this was not targeted to only me! I'm sure this store or owner has had some questionable issues they couldn't quite explain. Im hoping this message will bring those up and out to reveal this staff connivery. But as I told Diane what goes around will come back around! "She stated oh Karma! I'm like yea karma!!! I'm not a vengeful person well that's obvious because I would not be writing this post. But I believe vengeance belongs to GOD but my prayer is that this does not happen to anyone else and that some how some way God makes away for me, and also I pray for wisdom; not allowing excitement to over take me ever...

Gary took the time to view both our new home, and the home we were selling to give us guidance on how to incorporate existing furniture into our vision of a more modern scheme. He gave his honest opinion (with humor) even when we didn't necessarily agree. He assisted with style, furniture selection and design. Thank goodness we took his advice! He saved us from making not only some very costly errors, but mistakes in design. When the store had to close, due to the Pandemic, Bridgette went above and beyond. She stayed up to the wee hours searching for fabric, rugs and bedroom furniture. The store is very much like an art gallery, and the staff are honest, experienced, helpful and patient. Unfortunately, I got stuck in Alabama for a year and a half because of the Virus. Once I arrived back to Detroit I began noticing damage to my dinner table and sofa. When the furniture was delivered, I immediately left for Alabama. There is a split in the top of the table. Behind the middle pillow on the sofa, the zipper is broken therefore the cushion is hanging out. Before you spend your hard earned money here , make sure you do a thorough inspection.
