i called to find out about cost & amt needed of whole tenderloin for my Christmas party. The person answering the phone said he was the owner. I asked about how much I would need for apx 20 people. I also wanted to know how much is usually expected for each person to be served, ounces wise. He spoke to me as if I was stupid! saying things like: "I already told you what a single tenderloin was, & how am I supposed to know how much your people are going to eat." I continued to state that I needed to know how many whole tenderloins I should get, & how much is usually expected per person ( i.e.: 8 oz or up to 12 oz?) He then asks if he could ask me a personal question. I said sure. I couldn't believe my ears at what he said: "ARE YOU HAVING A BAD DAY, IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE GOING ON WITH YOU TODAY?" when I questioned him about why is he having trouble giving my the info I needed, my husband spoke up in the background & tried to reiterate what I wanted to know, this "owner" then says, "OH, SO NOW THE WHOLE FAMILY IS GOING TO ARGUE" I then told him I was not going to buy anything from him, to which he retorted, " SO, I'M GONNA LOSE A ONCE A YEAR CUSTOMER"

Tom Bedway is the nastiest & very rude. His sister that works there has to go along with the program to feel loyal 👎. Integrity is what truly counts when running a business. I witnessed this guy behaving very poorly and unprofessional. Supposedly was upset with the staff and directly took his frustration out on the customer who had absolutely nothing to do with what he was dealing with. Maybe Ronnie & Rosemary were better at customer service, but I can only hope they were. When you’re ugly and dark spirited on the inside it will definitely show on the outside. Allow God to save you & your family souls. He is the only one letting this joint stay open. Not the witches and warlocks you are & believe & serve. I had high expectations and was left very disappointed by this place. I was excited to get some nice fresh meat but got home to find that that was the exact opposite of what I purchased. $40 wasted on 2 slabs of ribs. Upon opening the bag, my kitchen became engulfed with a putrid rotten egg smell. Knowing that some packaging can cause meat to "smell funny" (though there was nothing funny about this, nor was the smell just a little off), I rinsed it thoroughly... twice. This pork was still very odoriferous. I could not possibly cook this and serve it to my family. Calling them was of no help so in the trash it went.
