Attending a jazz night at Shops On Top was a delightful experience that seamlessly combined music, fashion, and a touch of luxury. The ambiance of the store, paired with the soulful jazz tunes, created a unique and enjoyable atmosphere.
As a fashion enthusiast, I was captivated by their distinct collection of women's clothing. The selection was not only stylish but also showcased a keen understanding of current trends. Additionally, the home goods section featuring soaps and body butters added a luxurious touch to the shopping experience.
What truly set Shops On Top apart was the exceptional customer service. The woman in the women's department was not only a doll but also incredibly helpful. Her expertise and personalized assistance made the shopping experience memorable. In fact, I'm seriously considering booking her as my stylist—her knack for fashion and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly commendable.
If you're looking for a place that seamlessly blends fashion, music, and exceptional service, Shops On Top is a must-visit. The jazz night was just the tip of the iceberg; the store's commitment to quality extends to both their clothing and customer experience. Highly recommend checking them out for a unique and enjoyable...
Read moreI visited this establishment today for the 1st time. When me and my friend walked in we received a warm welcoming and tour from a Caucasian gentleman. He showed us around, provide us a little history & invited us to a Jazz event held later today. I was very impressed until he took us to the women side of the store and the atmosphere shift. The young lady was not friendly nor inviting very standoffish & short when my friend asked questions about their products. To say the least we wasn’t welcome; translation neither was our hard earn dollar. We left without purchasing anything. Prior to us leaving a gentleman walked in & greeted us you wouldn’t believe the lady said “ we still have some tickets for tonight’s event if you would like to attend “ in my head I’m thinking this must be her boss; she’s found her voice and it’s inviting. I politely declined. As a black woman made to feel like your dollar is not wanted or needed in a black community...

One man talked about art to another woman, and my spouse was waiting for me, abd he never even acknowledged another human being! 12/13 My response to the owners reply is that, maybe you didnt see us, or you were distracted, that happens at times. However, again no one said welcome and as we left, you sir, were standing at the podium for consessions and didnt look up as we exited on the elevator . I'm sure you find this info. upsetting but it happened, still we are all human and we get it !Maybe I will revisit on future visits to Eastern Market however , I standby the very poor customer service that occurred Saturday. I know it could be better and hope you will take a look at how to reach everyone. Good...
