Terrible customer service. I've had my wedding ring for 12 years and two rings that my husband had custom made for me all bought from riddles. Today I took them all in for my annual cleaning and plating. Couldn't get them plated and now they say there is an issue with my center stone on my wedding ring that they won't cover without my original paperwork. Never have I had this problem before. I've never had to bring in my paperwork after the first time I brought my wedding ring in. I was "in the system" but now all the sudden, the first time there is an issue, I'm not and can't get the service my husband paid for when he bought me these rings. The mothers ring he had made for me came out nothing like what he asked for but instead of bringing it back i kept it since it did include the correct stones. Didn't want to offend the jeweler. They had great customer service at one time and then went above and beyond to help get my perfect wedding ring. Just wish they stood behind it. Place has gone severely down hill. I'd recommend shopping elsewhere if you dont want the same experience. Find a place that stands behind their work. Not one with guarantees that are...

Our only daughter recently got married 😊. Her dad and I wanted to do something special for her wedding day. We took the original diamond from my wedding band and had it mounted in a special setting from Riddles Jewelry. They had to mail my diamond to a vendor to have it set. I was nervous to send my diamond away. The staff at the Dickinson Riddles Jewelry assured me that everything would turn out as expected. They were SO RIGHT!! SHAUNI, MELISSA, MILLIE AND BRI were all outstanding in their customer service to ensure that my diamond was safe and would look amazing in our daughter’s wedding gift (necklace). These employees at Riddles went Above and Beyond to track and update me on the progress of my special order and to ensure that it was delivered in time for the wedding . I just cant give enough praise to these ladies!! The staff at the Dickinson Riddles Jewelry truly does care about their customers!! They have compassion for their customers and it shows! I will definitely go to them again for any future jewelry...
