Locker Room — Local services in Dodge City

My Girl Scout troop had T-shirt’s made at The Locker Room and they looked good except one error. I took them back to see what we could do to make things right, either having them remade or a discount because the quality was not on par for what you expect having T-shirt’s made by professionals. Instead I was told they could be remade but at a higher cost and they’d probably have the same problem because of the “small” writing. To which I asked why they didn’t anticipate this problem or contact me after the first shirt had the problem or something. So then I was told my only option was to take our money back and he “would just eat the $200 put into the shirts” (We were only paying $97 so not sure where the $200 came from). I asked about a discount because my troop needs the shirts and was told “I wouldn’t want to put that bad of quality out there”. When we were paying full price he was more than willing. Bottom line find somewhere else to have your custom shirts made, when it benefits their bottom line they do not care about quality and when any other solution is offered Steve (the owner) will be rude and blame it on the customer. This is a well ran business! As I was reading these reviews I noticed most reviews were 5 stars. The one review that was a 1 star, had a complaint and the company offered to give them their money back and eat the cost!
