Boost Mobile — Local services in Douglasville

Had a terrible customer service experience from 2 other Boost stores in the local area on Saturday, July 13th. Frustrated & feeling hopeless, I visited Boost Mobile on Hwy 5 (traveled extensive miles out of my way searching for help). Boost technician, Unna, went out of her way to troubleshoot the issue with my phone, which took hours. Please note, the other Boost technician on Hwy 78 Lithia Springs, NEVER touched my phone to troubleshoot. Long story short, Unna & her Manager Chris rectified the issue & I ultimately walked out with a better deal that I previously had that didn't break my pockets (with no additional monthly charges💪💞)!
