I had an absolutely horrible experience with a recent cashier named : Ashley . Her attitude was absolutely HORRIBLE , she was completely rude to my mother which I will not stand for at all . My mom and I were shopping together I was a bit behind her and so she grabbed her items out of the cart and left the cart for me to come behind her and grab . The lady proceeded to say “so you just gone leave the cart like that” with an attitude and a nasty look on her face . When my mom explained what was going on and asked was there an issue she laughs in my moms face and says “y’all are funny”. So I jumped in and also asked was there an issue because I don’t appreciate her disrespecting my mom there was no reason for the nasty attitude and she continues to make smart comments under her breath ALONG with snatching my moms items into a bag and flinging the receipt… this was a horrible experience for us considering we were the only ones in line at the time and we shop here frequently.. don’t think I could return to / spend my money at an establishment that allows their employees to disrespect their customers for no apparent reason. Read moreGod" when I tell you I should have brought a sleeping bag please believe it l was in this store Tuesday and Wednesday I spent almost 45 minutes in line I see a help wanted sing at the front door but Geez, the one's that's working act like they don't care about customers one way or another my first day the older woman had such nasty attitude on top of that she's very slow both women. Second day I figured I'd get there a little earlier maybe I won't be in that long still two people suppose too be working that morning one was and the other was acting like she cleaning the store meanwhile its only three people in line.. Despite the store being very crowded and the lines long, her actions demonstrated the absolute epitome of what a good manager should be. A cashier was struggling with a malfunctioning scanner during my layaway transaction, which was understandably causing some stress. Seeing this, the manager immediately stepped in to take control of the situation. She not only allowed the overwhelmed cashier to move to a different, functioning register, but she took on the task of troubleshooting the difficult scanner herself. What impressed me most was her calm, kind demeanor under pressure. Even with customers complaining about the long line, she remained focused, handled the technical issue efficiently, and provided visible encouragement to her team throughout the night. Her ability to manage technical difficulties, support her staff, and maintain a positive attitude in a high-stress environment is truly remarkable.
