I came to the store to grab some last minute items for my guest room since my mom is coming in town in a few days. When I walked in I noticed a young male employee and I asked if he could direct me to the shower curtains and the shower curtain rods. The man said “they’re right by the window treatment section “ a little odd for the young man to point behind him instead of actually take me to the section but It’s 2022 and I know that most stores are short staffed so I wandered until I found the actual bed and bath section. This was perfect because I actually needed to grab a few things for the bedroom as well. I’ve been in the store for a minute and couldn’t find the shower rod so I saw another young lady who appear to be an employee coming from the back, but since I know that the restrooms are also in the back I figured I’d ask just to make sure and this is how it went. Me: hi… Do you work here? Employee: (Looking quite bothered) I don’t work here today I’m actually off do you have a question? Me: I do but are you going to answer the question? Employee: it depends on how long it takes you to ask. Me: well I’ve been here for a while so I won’t take long. Employee: so are you gonna ask the question? Me: where are the shower curtain rods? Employee: we don’t have any. If we did you would’ve seen them in the bath section. How unprofessional! I actually saw the manager speaking with the young woman before she left and decided to report to him my experience. I also asked for the nearest HomeGoods. I was advised the nearest HomeGoods is in Hiram, Georgia, The manager name is Angela and she’s extremely nice. OK so if you are looking for A home goods with knowledgeable and pleasant employees go to the HomeGoods in Hiram, Georgia. Store had nice things good selection but the cleaning staff is EXTREMELY RUDE. There was a lady with braids 03/16/2024 around 10:45 am mopping & i asked if i could pass through my daughter had to use the restroom she had NO wet floor sign nothing and i asked if i could pass through she looked at me & rolled her eyes and asked if i did not see that she was mopping that she isnt supposed to let me go through.
