Cosby Station — Local services in Douglasville

I usually fill my prescriptions here and have very positive experiences at the pharmacy but this time I went to get a cake from the bakery. It seemed as though there was only one person working the entire bakery that day because no one else came to check to see that there was a small crowd waiting for service. The young lady that was working didn’t communicate with anyone besides the one person she was helping. While she was standing with the customer that was only looking through the cake ordering book she could’ve at least let us know that she would be with us in a moment. I’m all about communication and there was none. I waited for ten minutes and ended up walking away and grabbing a small thing of cupcakes only because I needed them. No one else greeted me in the store even though I passed multiple associates but the cashier was very friendly and joked around with everyone that came through the line. This was pretty nice... not amazing. However it was quite descent. This establishment is a BBQ setting with the subway sandwich shop experience. The initial meet and greet with the staff that puts together your order is bland and stale, like their buns. The brisket sandwich was ok except the bread could have been fresher or atleast toasted for the money you'll spend her. The green beans and spinach was ok but, again, could have been better for the price. It a nice space, although the lighting is very dim. This place could be amazing, a lot of potential. Altogether, this spot is okay. It looks nicer than it is but maybe it's more of a hit and miss. I may have missed it's good day or days. Who knows? If you do have an amazing experience here...

The cashiers are gems!! However, THIS Publix is the worst I have seen, ever. The deli staff are so unbothered that they will literally take their precious time when there is a line of people waiting to get food. I placed an order for a staff meeting 2 weeks in advance and then called 2 days before pick up to verify. When I arrived, the order was not complete. The manager told me that the lady was dropping my tenders, but she thought it was supposed to be regular chicken.
