Park Plaza Mall is a decent spot for shopping with a variety of stores to choose from. I like that it has some familiar brands and a few unique shops, so there’s a little something for everyone. The mall is generally clean and the parking is pretty convenient, which makes getting in and out easier.
The food options are okay, with a few fast-food spots and casual dining choices nearby, though it’s not a huge food court like some bigger malls. The staff at the stores I’ve visited have been friendly and helpful.
On the downside, the mall feels a bit dated compared to newer shopping centers, and some stores seem to be closing or have limited inventory. It can also get crowded on weekends, making the aisles feel tight at times. Navigation isn’t always the easiest if you’re unfamiliar with the layout.

I was told that someone called out and they were backed up. There were ppl that came after me that were served b4 me but I was told those were late in picking up their orders. I spoke to one couple who were also waiting and they gave them a $50 gift card. When I canceled the order they tried to give me a $25, gift card. I told them thanks but no thanks. Vert, very poor...
Read moreHwy 5 Kroger is so much better than the Chapel Hill & Central Church Kroger. It's cleaner, has better produce, and the employees are super nice! The pharmacy employees are beyond professional and very helpful!
Thanks to the pharmacy staff, I have switched my household prescriptions (14 to be exact), and I will now shop at Hwy 5 and spend our $300 to $400 a week on groceries.... instead of shopping at the Chapel Hill kroger. The Chapel Hill store is 1 mile from my house, and the Highway 5 Kroger is 6 miles from my house. Even though hwy 5 is further away....its worth not having to deal with the nasty and negative attitude you get at Chapel Hill. We've shop at Chapel Hill since they opened the store many years ago. But enough is enough! It's been way too many years that Chapel Hill continues...
