I’ve been to this location before and it’s alright. The seafood doesn’t seem very fresh, and the boil bags are extremely oily but it’s nothing too serious to complain about. The first time we went everything was great! We went yesterday around 6 and were sat immediately. Our server, Teddy, was very kind and attentive. We spent $109 and wanted to pay $80 in cash and pay the remaining balance, which should have been $29, in card. I had $100 in cash, but I wanted to put back the other $20 for the tip, which was why I initially gave him $80 in cash. With that being said, once I got the copy of the payment, the receipt showed that my card was charged 49 dollars instead of $29. I was confused because I was absolutely sure that I gave him $80. We called him over to our table and told him that we gave him $80 in cash, he said “no you only gave me $60 I swear.” I explained to him that we most definitely gave him $80 in cash. He noticed the $20 lying on the table for his tip and insisted that we keep it and give him no tip, but that would have not been the case because he was trying to pocket a 20 that we gave him. He was basically trying to give himself a tip. He went through his servers book and said that the bills were stuck together and gave it back to us, which was an immediate sign of guilt. If you are suppose to be settling a customers cash, why would the cash they gave you be tucked behind other bills. I am a server and I would never try to steal from my customers. I understand that honest mistakes happen, but this was NOT an honest mistake at all, he gave the money back real quick once he realized we weren’t dumb. I have never experienced anything like this EVER. I guess he thought we wouldn’t read the receipt because it was face down when he put it on the table. I would have never known unless my boyfriend told me to sign the receipt. Words cannot express how angry I was. Like why would you try to steal from your customers. I’m assuming he thought we weren’t going to tip, and after that situation we didn’t! Looks like i’m disputing this charge! I do not play about my hard earned money! FYI, hire honest employees. I’m sure this is not the first time he has done this. If teddy is your server, READ THE RECEIPT!!!!! He not only tried to steal from the restaurant, he tried to steal...

My first and only experience with this or any other Juicy Crab was an absolute nightmare and a text book example of how to give horrible customer service totally disregard customers time.
I placed an online order to be picked up at 9:06 pm I arrived 2 minutes early and figured I would have to wait. I didn't expect to wait 40 minutes. There were at least five employees working in the front doing things like cleaning). The was a family of about 8 that were already eating and a group of 3 that hadn't received their food yet so the understaffed nor too busy can't explain the horrible service. I was only checked on twice, the first time the same person who "helped" me initially just stated "I don't know what's going on with your food" the second younger lady stated "you haven't gotten your food yet? Let me see what's going on. I'm so sorry". She came back and told me the cook said another 8 minutes. She noticed that I was visibly unhappy and again apologized.
Finally, after waiting another 10 minutes a different woman handed me my food and apologized and started to walk off. I told her I hadn't paid so she wrung up. I guess she was a manager because she said that she didn't understand why I was not helped properly and "they" (the other staff I assume) didn't know what they were doing. I expressed to her that at the very least a manager should have come over and offered to speak with me and take ownership of an unsatisfied customer.
PLEASE. Do not waist your time. I read some of the reviews before going but, I decided to give them a chance because I hadn't eaten there before. I will never go to this place again and I will recommend that anyone I know does not patron this place. I should have gone to...

My 3rd visit:
My only gripe with them is that they don't insure accuracy when taking your order. Our waitress was kind enough but she made some costly mistaken (We received 1/2 lb of mussels instead of the 1 lb we ordered. We received 1 1/2 lb of crab legs - an additional $11 charge). We ordered from a seafood combo but we're told that getting two flavors (1 per item) would default the pricing back to the original prices ($1 more per item). We placed an order to go as well and when we got home, noticed that we weren't given our 6 steamed oysters that we paid $10 for (See attached receipts). We called them this morning and sure enough they'd noticed them sitting in the kitchen after we left last night. We placed another to go order to go along with our replacement oyster order. The person on the phone couldn't tell me how many calamari came in the calamari basket, stating that the menu could have a typo (See attached menu). He went and verified that the menu was correct and we placed the order. When we got there to pick up, they told us the calamari basket we ordered from the menu didn't exist and we weren't given the fries that come with the basket. Got home and noticed that they still charged us the basket price that was on the menu. Called them again and they tried to say that they had only charged us for the normal price, not the basket price. I told them to check their records and they opted to just refund us the full order.
My first visit was a bust because it so busy, my to go order kept getting delayed until I left. Glad I went back. Didn't try any of the fried options but the crabs, mussels & crawfish I did have were absolutely delicious! This will...
