Went for what should've been a checkup on my 3 yr olds' teeth cappings and etc... Began receiving reminder text messages from this office about 3 weeks prior to day of appointment; with a total of probably four or five messages between then and said day, including a message that same morning at 7:30am when the appointment was scheduled at 10:00am. However, when I got there and called to let them know we were there (since they had check-ins from your car) the receptionist said that my son was not scheduled there for any appointments until January 2022.. this was October 2021. Mostly upset because I kept him out of daycare and had to take a day off of work plus waste gas all for the non-existent appointment that they have been reminding me to be at for weeks prior, or face a last minute cancellation fee of like $100 to $150... And that's without mention about the MULTIPLE issues I encountered during his previous visit and procedure that required him to be sedated for... They showed almost no empathy and rushed to start the sedation process before answering any of my questions or explaining the process to me. They just walked in and tried to stick my toddler with a needle. Within seconds he couldn't sit up by himself in his chair, was unresponsive when I tried calling him by name, just stared blankly into space with no facial expressions or speaking .. he was a zombie...
