Routinely out of even the most basic medications. Recently had a call-in for Tamiflu -- which must begin within 48 hours of symptoms to work. Pharmacy slow-rolled it for two days. I went and asked if I could pick it up two days after it was called in (medication comes in a couple of blister packs in a box; not something that has to be dispensed -- just bag it and sort it). Lady behind the counter (who should NEVER have any interaction with the public; I've seen her twice get mad, throw stuff down and leave the pharmacy) told me to walk the story for 20 minutes while they "ready" it. I walked the store and kicked rocks for 20 minutes, came back, she said it still wasn't ready. "Is it in stock?" "Yeah." "You do realized that we need to begin this medication ASAP for there to be any efficacy?" "Uh huh." And she walked away.
