Miss D’s Gourmet Pralines & Popcorn — Local services in Douglasville

The gourmet popcorn is delicious; THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!! There have been several occasions where the store is not open at all during posted hours, and many where they're out of stock on too many occasions. Yesterday, I called to inquire about the availability my favorite flavor of popcorn, I was told it wasn't in but would be stocked later during the day. I spent the entire day waiting, calling at least 10 times where the last time, the lady told me the delivery was on it's way and would be there in 30 minutes. She took my ph# and said she'd call when it arrived. I live a 30 minute drive from the store so I proceeded there arriving at 4:39pm only to find the store closed!!! She told me they closed at 6pm as did the posted sign! Needless to say, I was furious and highly disappointed. My diligent effort was only because my kids have come to expect I have this popcorn when they visit. After this experience, this is my LAST TIME attempting to support or spend a dime at...

For this being my first time all I can say is yes lord. From the time I walked in the door it was awesome customer service with an exceptional variety of fresh everything. Originally. Pulled in for the Praline candies in whatever variety was available. Let me say Iv eaten a lot of praline in my life but this candy gave me life. It wasn't super sweet but perfect sweet. I'm a praline candy junkie and I'm definitely coming back for more. Tried the popcorn and I'm in heaven. From the cheesy Buffalo to the cheddar popcorn and then lemon pound cake all was so so good and so fresh. Definitely returning back ASAP. It's definitely now my Douglasville addiction. Top of the line candies and popcorn! My sister is visiting from Florida and we were so happy to be able to visit Miss D's Pralines & Popcorn in Douglasville, GA. From the moment we arrived inside the smells of deliciousness was in the air, fresh made goodies were everywhere! A really nice woman greeted us and we found out she was actually The Miss D!! We sampled Praline Pecan Candy and also Triple Popcorn (Cheddar,Caramel and Butter). They were so delicious, out of this world amazing ! Then we bought several different flavored Popcorns and she was so very kind ,welcoming, professional , helpful and we left there feeling so special and happy! Please go...
