I know that this review is suppose to be about the product but when you receive a product in June and it is not fully functional until today 09/03/21, after multiple calls to customer service, and multiple delivers to the house there is a problem!!!!! When we received the product the driver set everything up and scratched and damaged our wall. Luckily we added the extra service for this and are currently working with the claims department. The driver leaves and guess what, the lights on the headboard do not work! The charging ports work great and the set is beautiful but non functioning lights! A week or two later a repair person scheduled through Bob's comes out and guess what?!?!?! No tools to fix the problem. He says he has to order the part. Almost, a month goes by and I call (i had to call twice) and guess what?!?!?! The incorrect part was ordered! He ordered new charging ports. Hello!!!! This is not the problem. So customer service orders a new head board and gives me a $100 bobs gift card. A week later the headboard is delivered with no light's attached! My husband calls Bob's and he was apologized too and said that we would receive compensation for this and a new headboard with the light's would be delivered the following week. The following week comes and goes and no headboard and no compensation. I call Bob's yet again and get the worst customer service rep named Melissa who took my call! Melissa could care less about my issue. No apologizes, no nothing! She knew nothing about the compensation and said that I would have to call back once I receive the order. So here we go again! Last week 08/26 the driver could not find our house, left, and refused to return. Again I have to call customer service. The rep said the driver couldn't come back out untill the following week and she could give us a gift card for $75. At this point I don't ever want to shop at Bob's again so why would I want a gift card. I asked if I could just have compensation back to my card and she said no. So today we FINALLY got a headboard delivered with lights that work! But wait......I had to call customer service again because I never received the gift card.    Read moreI needed a new dining room table. I walked in not knowing exactly what I wanted. William came over to let me know he was there if I needed any help. He was not pushy or overbearing. I checked out a couple of the tables and was looking at different features when William popped back up to demonstrate that the bench in a particular table I was looking at lifted to give storage within the seat. I wandered back over to one of the other tables that I liked to check if that bench also had storage and he assured me it did and then showed me that the actual table lifted up to provide storage. I was sold. I asked him about delivery and it took him just a few seconds to get me a date. I wasnât sure I wanted to wait that long bc I apparently in some weird time warp where I didnât realize it was the 6th and delivery would only be 5 days later and told him to hang on bc I wanted to see if I would be able to pick it up myself sooner. He was so patient. After realizing it was 5 days I was able to book delivery and pay. He offered me interest free financing but I didnât need that. He was super helpful. While I was wandering around he offered my teenage daughter candy, cookies or ice cream and let me know that there was coffee should I need some. In my wandering I found a massage chair and while I have no need to purchase he had me sit and set it up for the most relaxing massage ever. I will say, I have purchased from bobs in the past- Iâm sitting on the best couch ever that I got from there- this experience was above and beyond what I expected when I wandered in on my way to another store. The price of the table was phenomenal, and while I think the delivery charge is a little higher than I would like I also have to remember that this isnât 2002 anymore and things cost more.    Read moreDO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS!!! I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM -ZERO STARS!!! I ordered 2 Beds from Bob's Discount Furniture. One Queen and One Full. The order was placed on August 13, 2022. On August 19 I received a delivery from this company. The delivery consisted of HALF of each bed. The headboard of the full bed and the rails/sides of the Queen bed. I called immediately and was given 3 stories, including this poor Customer service telling me I have to wait another 3 to 5 business days for delivery of my other bed which there is no other bed because I did not receive a complete bed to begin with. I told them to come get what they delivered and give me my money back and they told me they cannot refund the bed already delivered (again I don't have a complete bed to begin with). I was told when you pay your money they ship what they have and you just have to wait for whatever you're missing. This business needs to take accountability and stop taking money from people and not wanting to make them whole. I work hard for my money and I want what I paid for and for them not to keep taking advantage of people! I will be calling an attorney for consumer fraud next!
