Love Kirkland’s! Stopped in the Dover store today, not looking for anything specific, and ended up finding & buying some fall decor for my porch. Was able to get everything I needed to make my porch look great! But most importantly, the service I received from associate, Tatum, was exceptional! She greeted everyone and advised us of the current sales, she helped me carry my purchases to my car, and let me know when I can expect Christmas decor to arrive because that’s what I’ll be looking for next. If you close at 7, then close at 7 pm. Don't make people uncomfortable by huffing and puffing because they are in there looking around, trying to process and make decisions PRIOR to 7 pm when you close. I understand you want to leave, but I didn't set your store hours. Sighing at customers who are already in the store or at customers who enter while the store is STILL open is very unprofessional. I will go to the one in Christiana going forward, or just avoid Kirklands altogether because I don't want to feel uncomfortable any place where I am spending...

If I could give 0 stars I would! Beautiful store, staff not so friendly. My Mom and I walked the entire store and not one person greeted us or asked if we needed help, the store wasn’t busy and we still did not get approached.
