Okay, not sure what’s happening to this location, it used to be my favorite spot. This location had issues with business hours and for the same reason I stop coming here. Today I came in since it was open, after I called three times to make sure they weren’t not closing soon even though it says 9pm, and they never answer the three calls.
The greeting was not quite the same and I asked for fried rice and what rice, I was told they ran out of white rice, I was okay with fried rice only and she LITERALLY added two scoops of rice. Never ever seen a little bit of rice on a Panda Express location, I had to ask to add more rice since I’m paying $11 dollars. I always order double orange chicken with chicken teriyaki all inside the same box. For some reason they had a issue with that and the manager who is Asian (I forgot her name,) wasn’t there today. She would greet everybody with empty and always take care of their guest in a friendly manner. This time it was just not the same and I’m not sure if she doesn’t work there anymore. I honestly didn’t want to sound rude just because I’m not that type of person. But anyway, I told them to put the chicken inside the the box instead of the little box. Just want to make things easier for them and for myself. I asked the girl in the cashier because I noticed the portion of the chicken was too small and with all due respect I asked her if they were serving with small portions now and I explained why. She look at the order and she said that’s how they normally served it. I didn’t say anything and walked out. Also they know they should give cast members a discount specially if you are on a uniform and after I explained myself she didn’t even bother to ask about my discount. Just want to let you guys know before y’all think I’m looking for discount. I always do donations when they ask me and tip them when I get discount as a cast member. This current team don’t know what they are doing and they seem unprofessional. If you are the manager I’m bringing this to your attention. There’s always room for improvement.

Read moreI really have no comprehension how Panda Express manages to stay in business. The food is good, yes, but the service... For any normal restaurant, having a bad experience one out of every ten orders would be concerning. For Panda Express I'm lucky if I have a good experience one out of ten visits. They don't need to change it on my account, however, because I won't be going back.
Staying at one of the Disney resorts, we decided we wanted something else besides resort food. Given my experience with Panda Express, I was hesitant to order, but when there was a snafu with a local Chinese food restaurant I decided to proceed.
I used a food delivery service and asked for priority delivery. Surprise, surprise, I received a call close to the time when my food was supposed to be delivered from Panda Express saying they ran out of the food we ordered and wanted to know if we wanted something else. The only item they had with vegetables was a mushroom dish. I opted to double up on the chicken. After a severely delayed order, it was on the way. When I received the order, there was of course no silverware and no napkins. Keep up the good work...
Read moreI am revising the review/rating slightly. My recent visit was somewhat disappointing. I know what to expect from Panda Express, but my recent visit was definitely a downgrade from the first visit. Below the dotted line is my original review.

This Panda Express is super clean, spacious, and provides plenty of parking spaces. But some bad reviews (especially UberEats and DoorDash) made me hesitant to give a shot until recently.
But my 2 visits were both superb. There are a lot of guests and consequently, all food items ‘rotate’ very fast. So I get relatively fresh chicken/beef/sides prepared in an open kitchen setting. The chicken thighs marinated in Teriyaki were excellent. It was lightly marinated and chopped right in front of you, right after it transferred over from the grill station. I certainly did not expect this from Panda Express!
The dining area is also surprisingly spacious clean and up to date. Maybe I was luck unlike many others. I will keep on revisiting until they fail...
