I have never been treated this way at a fast food restaurant let alone A CHICK FIL A. I was staying with my family at the fountains blue green resort and figure chick fil a would be a good option, close, good, and always on point I thought right? Well I was very wrong. I ordered 5 meals and didn’t get anyone of my fries for the meals. A little inconvenience right it happens, I sent my mother over and they gave her the fries which at this point our meals got cold and basically didn’t enjoy our meals. The very next morning I said it’s ok it was a honest mistake let’s give them another shot Chick-fil-A is always consistent so let’s try again. I ordered 3 breakfast meals and once again I get to my resort and no hash browns. At this point I’m livid I go back to the store because this happened again within 12 hours, I’m losing my vacation time, my family isn’t eating and this is becoming a big inconvenience to us on our vacation which isn’t fair so I had to speak my mind. Well after talking with one of the team leads she decided to just give me an extra hash brown as my compensation. Well to me that wasn’t fair after almost spending $100 on food and every time my order was wrong and I had to drive back and forth twice since they were mobile orders. So called corporate and guess what they told me refunds are up to the store managers so nothing they can do for me if they decide not too. Save yourself the trouble and AVOID this place at all cost. I personally believe this was racially motivated, since it was a mobile order and they get to see my last name I mean I can’t come up with another explanation for this when they shorted me on fries both times. Read moreI walked into order a frosted coffee with cookie crumbs and the girl at the register didn’t even welcome. She just said hi what can I get you? Very unfriendly manner, which is not standard to Chick-fil-A. Order it she goes here Tesy. So I look at the cup on why did she call me that well she spelled my name wrong it’s Dezi. That’s beside the point I get to my car. I start driving away. I took a couple sips of my coffee and a piece of food went in my mouth, I could tell by the texture it wasn’t a cookie. I immediately spit it out. And I went through the drive-through so I could speak to a manager and was told by the lead that she’s the manager and I said you’re a lead. I’m talking about the GM and She said she’ll be in sometime later. And I said OK when and she goes well if you’re just looking for a refund, I can do that because that’s all they’re going to do and I said OK. I want the corporate number. Is the GM going to be in anytime soon? She said she didn’t know. She goes are you sure it’s not a piece of cookie and I said absolutely not especially by the texture…. never once was there an apology and so I got my refund and I got the corporate number, but I am so disgusted because if I wanted that type of service, I would’ve gone to McDonald’s or Wendy’s or somewhere where I know I’m not gonna get quality service where I get that my pleasure and the apology. We already pay more in delivery fees and tips but to offer things like the 4 piece strip meal for less than $10 in store and then offer it online for over $14.... that's really a rip off. Also, I was trying to order delivery for breakfast one day (within the appropriate hours) and the app just kept saying it was closed. Mind you, I am pregnant and was at work and scheduled my timing to make sure I can eat CFA breakfast. So I had not eaten all morning. I reached out to customer service via email and they just kept blaming me or my phone/app. I let them know that it was happening for my boss as well and they still continued to blame me. I called the store to see what happened and they left me on hold for a bit to check it out...turned out they weren't able to connect to the app on their end so it was obviously an IT issue on their end not mine....so they basically said my only option was to pick it up when my car wasn't available and I was on the clock already. Didn't get to eat until my lunch break hours later which is not fun when you're pregnant...and no one seemed to have any sympathy for the situation they didn't even try to fix the issue or let me know they were going to reach out to resolve it..until I finally asked them to do so. They seemed more bothered...
