Ordered delivery cookies just now. They were out of one of the flavors but that's not the biggest deal. The big deal is that they did not deliver the cookie cutter I ordered and they WILL NOT answer the phone. This is the 2nd time I have been on the phone over 10 minutes waiting for them to pick up. EDITING AFTER CRUMBL RESPONSE: At the time of this review, I was calling the local store, or at least the only number provided to the local store. The local store does not pick up the phone. I did reach out by email and it seems I got someone- the email to their local store- though it seems the reply may come from corporate, as the phone number in the signature is a Utah number. I did also reach out to their chat on the contact section of the website and the agent there forwarded my info to the store. These agents have been quite helpful. I appreciate Corporate Crumbl's efforts in rectifying the situation. I have increased my review rating for that reason alone. Wasnāt sure if it was my mistake or not. Checked the receipt and the link wouldnāt show me the detail of the cookie. I was frustrated with myself and they perceived that frustration towards them, which was not the case. While assisting me, the two girls trying to help me began laughing at me and making faces in front of me and also while they walked away from me. When I got the correct order, I told one of the girls that I didnāt appreciate being laughed at and faces being made about me and she had nothing to say, walked away without a single word, and rolled her eyes.
