I had an appointment to make feel myself after Irma. I am pregnant and I I was frustrated.. I wish I would not gone to the the nail spot..I was like the irmas ..When I saw the first time him who is Kan Lavson, he stretching his feet and answered to me as he played him phone cell..He was so glum. After my pedicure was done by Laura, I sit his table to make me manicure. Firstly he used the nail knife which had been used before me.. I did not tell him anything because she was my mom but it was not safe..In that time another customer came to the place. He used same gloves with me only to protect himself not to customers . He was dirty and helpless . He injured my finger then. I was very upset. It was really so dangerous for customers..same gloves, injury.. I asked him to apply iodin or antiseptic .But neither he applied nor accept my opinion about infenction risk about tendency pregnancy unfortunately. He told me a pregnant women has stronger immun system. I told him it is not true so I am a doctor . You are wrong and still don't insist this opinion.. he was starting kidding me unfortunately .. He repeated a few times ask me again and again are "you a doctor????Then turned his head to my mom is she a doctor?????" I told him please speechless so my heart was increasing but he continued rude manner. I was worried my twin babies then I preferred spechless instead of him. He was starting scary otherwise..My eyes full..She who was Loura? tried to make me relief thanks God.. He took too much many my other hand did not start of course I was sorry and did not ask anymore..He took my unfinished manicure more many though regular one..Did not tell me any apologies .. he preferred to tell lie to the customers about their health.. As a result of he has remained ignorant about his profession and rough, scary, away from humanity..dirty for your health.. I don't want to any customer is made harm because of him.. That is why I written as detailed. Be safe!!!Dont go there! My nails are bad than before and I am nervous about my babies and virus infection...

I've found my perfect go-to nail salon, finally! I just had the most amazing manicure and pedicure from Ala this evening, and I’m still glowing from my visit! From the moment I walked in, the vibe at The Nail Spot was calm, clean, and so welcoming. The staff made me feel right at home. Ala and the entire team were all so kind, attentive, and incredibly detail-oriented.

My pedicure was pure bliss — think warm soak, gentle exfoliation, and the most relaxing massage ever. My feet feel brand new! The manicure was just as perfect. My nails were shaped beautifully to the stiletto shape I requested, the polish application was flawless, and the cuticle care was the best I’ve ever had (no damage!). They really take their time here and go above and beyond to make sure everything is done to perfection.

The salon itself is peaceful - the kind of place you look forward to coming back to. You can tell they truly care about their work and their clients.

If you're looking for your perfect nail salon, and have (previously) had really poor experiences at other salons, I highly recommend coming to The Nail Spot and asking for Ala, she is truly the best out here in Central FL -...

Terrible service... I wish I could give this salon 0 stars. I asked for a full acrylic set and manicure and the nail tech completely botched my nails. They charged $13 extra dollars for the manicure, which would have been fine if they actually gave me a full manicure. All they did was proceed to cut my cuticles to the point of pain, all the while leaving jagged edges. After an hour and a half, the acrylics were finally on and ALL over my finger tips which I had to peel off myself. I asked for a coffin shape, which cost me an additional $5 as well. The next morning I noticed that my real nails were pulling away from the tips, which could potentially lead to serious problems with my nail beds.

When I returned to speak with a manager and ask for a refund I was told there was no manager or owner available and they would only "fix" my nails, which I do not want and refused to get me in contact with the manager. I proceeded to ask another person when the manager would be in and she informed me that the man I was speaking to was the manager.

Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT COME HERE. The services are NOT...
