The food is mediocre at best, comparable to Arctic Circle. I’ve tried this place 4 times before writing a review, all 4 items were not great. I liked the mushroom and Swiss burger the least. The cheese tasted like white Velveeta “cheese” sauce. The atmosphere is does not match the name at all. It looks more like an Italian fast food than something named “Astro” Burger. I would expect outer space or something like that. The men’s bathroom doesn’t have a changing station. There are fathers out there that can change diapers, but companies don’t seem to understand that. They think it’s just a mom’s job. So I had to change my daughter’s diaper on the dirty floor of the bathroom stall. The locks on the bathroom are a joke. You have to lift the door to line up the bar lock. Just not a good looking place.

Astro Burgers has one of the best Reese's shakes I've ever had. It's not the poor excuse of a shake you typically get with the tiny bits of rock-hard chocolate and skimpy peanut butter. This shake has the nice chunks of Reese's you envisioned when you ordered it. I'm a fan of all the shakes I've ordered here. The namesake Astro Burger and chicken tender plate or great options. The fries are good, but really just make a good excuse to eat their fry sauce. The service has always been friendly and helpful. Of the five or so Greek-founded charbroiled burger restaurants in Utah, Astro is my #1 or #2. I've been eating here for years and will continue to be a patron (especially because of the shakes).

Love a good charbroiled burger. Got a double with gluten free bun 4/5. The gf bun was good fluff not soggy or dry. The burger patty had good seasoning. Lots of mayo, cheese and lettuce some tomato. Very good. Fries were decent crispy and fluffy on inside. I did not care for the onion rings they were kinda dry and the breading they use gave it a heavy stale texture. I like that they offer gluten free chicken strips! I like that there is self serving ketchup and fry sauce. Service was super friendly and the restaurant was clean, quaint with good natural lighting.

I have never had a less than amazing food experience at Astro Burger. Their eponymous Astro Burger (a huge, quality cheeseburger stuffed with spiced pastrami) will fill the hungriest, meat-loving tummy, their chicken kabob plate with rice and salad caters deliciously to the more diet-oriented crowd, and their Philly Cheesesteak sandwich is the best Cheesesteak sandwich I have ever had in any restaurant ever. And don't get me started on their shakes.

But it goes beyond that. My son applied to work there, but because he wanted to leave on a Church mission within a couple of months, they couldn't hire him. They needed someone who could commit to a longer period of employment, which totally makes sense. The manager called my son up, saying that while he couldn't hire him, he had found him another job at a friend's company that could hire short-term, so he could save up for his mission. The manager didn't have to do that. That act of kindness earned our business for years to come.

Today we went again to Astro Burger for a quick dinner (translate, we told our little kids they couldn't get shakes.) My 7-year old, bless his shake-loving heart, burst into inconsolable tears. He and I had to leave the restaurant and eat outside out of courtesy for the other patrons. When we came back in, a different manager saw us and offered to give him a free shake if Dad said it was okay. When we said we weren't getting shakes, she pulled out three suckers and asked if these could be okay. My son's frown disappeared. Talk about customized, individual service!

Astro Burger puts all fast food restaurants to shame. This restaurant is in the people business, and they serve delicious food as part of how they make people happy. It has become our restaurant of choice when we need delicious,...

If there was a way to give 0 stars I would do it. I had never been to an Astro Burgers before, my daughter suggested it for lunch today. Never in my life have I been treated so poorly and with hostility. First, I understand the whole COVID-19 thing. The sign on the door ask patrons to wear masks while waiting in line to order. There was no line, so I entered and began placing my order. The cashier stopped me in the middle of my order and told me I needed to have a mask on. I explained to her what their sign said on the door. She left saying she was going to get the manager. The man who came out was very inappropriate and unprofessional. I told him I would just leave then and told him this isn't the way customers should be treated because there were MANY others in the restaurant that did not have masks on. He said I WAS NOT one of his customers. He was insisting he needed to call the CDC. I just walked out. He then said to me as I was trying to leave, "Do you know who I am?" At that point I didn't know who he was, nor did I care, I was leaving. He was being very aggressive to myself and my daughter. He followed us all the way to our car. I told her to just get in the car as he still continued to follow us. At first he wouldn't leave from in front of my vehicle because he was taking pictures of my plate, I assume, then he was trying to take pictures of me. I promise this. I WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER Astro Burger IN MY LIFE!! Worst place ever to be treated the way my daughter and I were. I will be telling everyone I know to avoid them like the plague. Went to another burger joint and got excellent customer service. Astro Burger will never see one cent of my...

I normally love Astro burgers. Tonight I went in for 3 shakes and a large fry. I ordered two Oreo/strawberry shakes and one Oreo. The Oreo shake was great but the other two shakes were complete liquid and foam (almost water consistency). They were handed to me In the drive through and almost spilled when they were handed to me they were so liquid. I drive around and went back into the store. The employee that handed me the liquid shakes was already talking to another co-worker and laughing as I walked in. I commented that the shakes were not shakes and that something had happened as the Oreo shake was fine but these were not. The employee turned her back on us and started talking to another employee in Spanish. She didn’t know we spoke Spanish. As we were getting a refund the manager asked the original employee (in Spanish) if we wanted new ones. She refused to remake them and told him no. She told HIM (not us)that when they mix the strawberry and Orem the shakes get like this. She never told me this and seemed mad - like we had gotten what we deserved for ordering this shake. Another employee was there eating and made a big show of tipping her for the amazing milk shake they had made for him-which only made it more uncomfortable. The employee that processed the refund acted like we had offended her personally and barely spoke to us. The food issue I totally get…it happens. The unbelievable rudeness was shocking. Just because Spanish is not my native language doesn’t mean I don’t know what your saying in Spanish. I was just a customer who...
