I ordered a power strip and was promised delivery before Christmas. I called to verify and told the rep it was important that I receive it before then. I asked if I need to pay for expedited shipping and he said "no, the item is shipping from Chicago and since you live in the Chicago area you will get it in a few days." I contacted on customer service on 12/19 looking for a status update. They told me they had not sent the order to manufacturer and my item will not be available until after the Jan. 1, 2019. So now... I have to pay almost $80 (with expedited shipping) for a $36 ($43 with shipping) item. I don't know why they have so many good reviews. This was the first time I ordered something and most definitely that last. I recommend going to Amazon... Businesses like this should not...

The worst customer service ever and they try to scam me by trying to sell me a brand new product instead of the replacement part like I asked. Her name is Judi Lomas(BEWARE OF HER). Telling BS lies and saying the part number I gave her was not valid, so i send her the PDF from the MFG and what do you know she said she was going to call them back and told me that the part number I gave her was not on their price list, how can they make a replacement part but not on their price list doesn't make sense unless she was trying to scam me(caught red handed) I also never got an email back or phone call.
