Foodliner — Local services in Dubuque

At noon today, a foodliner truck was exiting on to I355 south, 5 miles before the I55 Joilet exit.. I merged over, then the potatoe salad eating driver of the foodliner truck, blocked me for about 3 miles to get back over. I had my indicator on and was half way in front of his truck. He was stuffing his face in his plastic bowl of potatoe salad. My exit was coming up. When i had the clear, i went over. Then the fat winey freak, calls my company to complain. I did nothing wrong but disturb the cows lunch. He used his phone while driving. Smart. What a place to work. If this one not even a team player on interstate . Oh I'm a woman he was having fun blocking me from merging back over. After I went out of my way to be nice. I'm thinking about an attorney for an harassment suit. Calls my work. I witnessed one of their drivers almost cause two separate wrecks within 5 minutes. The driver was swerving in and out of lanes, cutting people off. They will end up getting someone killed. The cab was from Dubuque Iowa and the license plate on the haul was a Wisconsin plate 541796. This was last Thursday on March 13th. I called my husband while I was on my way home and told him my concerns and what to write down. The haul also had the number 599052 on it.
