I was at the Farmer's market in Dubuque early one Saturday market with a friend of mine,as I walked by their stand I said my friend what is that awesome smell and she said its Kettle corn at Freddy's popcorn Stand ,she said they have the B-E-S-T KETTLE CORN you will EVER taste,she knew I was very hungry because we WERE going to go out for breakfast after we did our shopping.I said to oh no I hate kettle corn, so she got a fresh bag, said just try it, being so hungry I tried it that what it then I was HOOKED on their kettle corn. You have never had kettle corn so good until you have had their kettle corn. So I got a bag , by the time we were about to leave the farmer's market my kettle corn bag was just about totally empty so I said to my friend I am not leaving until we go back and I bought 4 bags,she just chuckled & chuckled at me & still to this day if we go to the farmer's market she chuckles at me & make a snide comment about going to Freddy's popcorn stand, like the first 2 gentlemen said you just can't eat 1 or 2 kernels you will be lucky to stop at a half of a bag. I got home with the 4 bags they lasted less than the weekend out because it was a family football weekend. Now I am so glad that they have a shop, sell it in area businesses because it is the best flavored popcorn that a person will ever buy. Its worth the trip to their store or to the Farmer's Market or to the Dubuque businesses just to get any of their awesome products...

Tried the cheddar ...super tasty, however, salt overload. I wish they would lessen the salt in their powdered cheese that they use. Also, they should try popping the "mushroom" type variety of popcorn that pops into an almost perfect large ball and has practically no hull. It has more surface area to collect the coatings of cheese, caramel, and other flavor coatings used for the many flavors of "candied" popcorn. Plus, it transports better when shipped, because it does not...
