The new owner was friendly. He's Vietnamese, named Don.

I needed to cover my grey roots with color matching the rest of my hair.

He asked if I needed a haircut. I said yes. But, only a little as I wanted to keep it long. I instructed him to cut in layers and thinned out the bottom.

When it was time to color my roots, I'm surprised he didn't ask which color I wanted. He just matched the color on his own. I happy how it turned out. The color matched well with what I already had.

The owner recommends making an appointment instead of a walk-in. I was lucky he took me as a walk-in since he was there...
